Last Updated: 29 March 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of C&C Solutions cloud-hosted applications, related dashboards, APIs, reports, documentation, and support services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided solely as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Access is provisioned through authorized Bentley Identity Management System (IMS) Single Sign-On. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your user session.

3. Service Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for internal engineering, information management, and statutory verification purposes in accordance with your licensed entitlements.

4. Customer Data and Ring-Fencing

We process and evaluate customer iModels, digital twins, and project datasets strictly to deliver quality metrics, Golden Thread gap analyses, and BCF tracking. All stored configurations are ring-fenced by iTwin context boundaries.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with Bentley Systems iTwin APIs, OpenBIM formats, and OpenProject BCF endpoints. We maintain strict token isolation and server-side authentication proxies.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must access the Service lawfully and in accordance with project licensing parameters. Reverse engineering, bulk automated scraping without written authorization, or introducing malicious code is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Service during the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
